This sweet little thing is Bettie Purdy, age 1 and 1/2 years. Adorable. Love those little MaryJane shoes! I admit I have a passion for those shoes on little girls. My daughter had them in black and in red, and even in pink when she was tiny. The red ones were my faves!
This is a RPPC, with a postmark of Washington DC on it. Not dates though.
