Well, we did not lose any trees, especially my beautiful old Diorellas. They were the only reason I bought the house we live in. Those two trees, I love them. We did lose power for about 12 hours, and you know my feelings on that whole issue. I did have 4 bags of ice so my diet coke was COLD, I was able to endure!

I hope that anyone who was in the path of Irene faired as well as we did.
