Be First Rate -

I read this quote a long time ago and thought it was such good advice. Judy Garland, who was certainly an original said -

"Be a first rate version of yourself, not a second rate version of someone else."

I made a little blog bit to encourage others to strive to produce work that is purely their own. There are so many artists who genorously share their time and talent and very often their photos and graphics with others for free. So, why the need to 'borrow' their finished work?
